According to CNN, many north shore homeowners qualifiy for a 30% tax credit in 2010 to improve the energy efficiency of their home.

The recently signed Stimulus Package provides a tax credit of up to $1500 for caulking, weatherstripping, a more efficient water heater, A/C, furnace, new windows and doors, etc.
